This Saturday, members of the Charlottesville and Albemarle School Boards, the Albemarle Board of Supervisors and the Charlottesville City Council will meet at the McIntire Room of the Downtown Library to discuss City-County cooperation and initiatives to bring the community together. It will begin at 1:30 p.m. and last approximately two hours.
The public is welcome to come and observe the proceedings, but given the number of items on the agenda and limited time, there will not be an opportunity for public comment at the meeting itself. I encourage you to share your thoughts and suggestions in the comment feed of this blog, by emailing me at email@example.com, or by calling my office and your elected local representatives. I will also ensure there will be opportunities for input on this important subject at future public events.
